Here are the details for all of our hot tub service packages.  We cannot repair all hot tubs and cannot work on certain brands, but we can “service” them with chemicals and basic cleaning and such.   We do have an online customer portal where we will post pictures of our work giving you extra piece of mind.

The minimum is a 3 month contract for any packages. Some packages require a 6 month contract. We will want to do a site visit to inspect your hot tub before agreeing to a package and that will be billable (with it’s balance being applied to your first monthly fee if you sign up).

Any repairs are extra and not part of the package but the discounts from your package will apply to those parts and labor bills.

This has a minimum 6 month contract due to the free stuff included.  This is your worry free package.

• Tech visits twice per month (make it (4) times a month/weekly for $100 more a month – only $50/visit for visits 3 and 4)
• Customer portal provided with access to pictures and notes from each tech visit we do for your tub
• Water test and add chemicals as needed, cost of chemicals is INCLUDED when added by our tech during their visits (25% discount applies to you buying them from us in the store or we bring extra with us to your service appointment that you add in between our visits)
• Check filter, jets, and for any leaks
• Filter Soak/Cleanse or replacement as needed – cost of additional/replacement filter will be at 25% discount
• Motor pack inspection
• Scrub acrylic/shell walls of dirt/debris as needed but at least once per month – may need chemicals and 25% discount on those will apply
• Firmware updates if needed or applicable
• 25% off chemicals for in between visits or additional needs
• 25% off parts/accessories additional labor/services
• Opening of Tub included – first month of program
• Closing of Tub included – during final billed month of program
• Annual Shell Cleaning at Open
• Return visits for any additional troubleshooting or work needed are $99 (instead of $119-$179 based on distance -we don’t do distance for returns on this package), includes first 20 minutes of tech time included then $80/hr billed in 15-minute increments
• NOTE – IF there is not a plan to open or close this tub during the year and as long as that doe not happen, we will do a drain and fill twice per year in place of doing the open and the close and we will clean the tub during each

Investment – $599-$699 depending on distance to your location (up to 100 miles), minimum 6 month contract.

• 15% off any opening, closing, or fill/drain services
• Return visits for any troubleshooting or work needed are $99-$129 for a service call (instead of $119-$179 based on milage to site) plus discounted costs above – then $85/hr (instead of $99) after 20 minutes billed in 15 minutes increments

• Return visits for any troubleshooting or work needed are $119, includes first 20 minutes,  plus discounted costs above and $90/hr labor rate billed in 15 min increments
