It is a good idea to have your hot tub professionally started up or winterized due to the risks that come with not getting everything started up correctly or closed down for the winter following best practices. In Michigan, winter is very important due to damage that can happen with your plumbing has water residue and it freezes. We have seen many hot tubs ruined by freezing over the year, some to the point were you might have to replace it versus fix it. Don’t let that be a risk and have one of our trained professionals do it. We service Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Lansing, Byron Center, Caledonia and most of West Michigan for these services. Details of each of these services are listed below! We also have standard hot tub service calls that start at $150 and include the first 30 minutes of tech time for diagnosis/service.
Hot Tubs Start-Up / Opening
Hot Tub / Spa Opening: Includes:

- Remove & Inspect Cover (if replacement needed save 20% on new cover)
- Clean before filling
- Add water to fill so it can be started – Hose fill or brought if not hose accessible
- Check for leaks in plumbing, if leaks found needing repair, $99/hr + parts (20% discount on parts) charged in 15-minute increments
- Included 1.5 hours of tech time (2 techs)
- Includes Initial chemicals
- NOTE – return trips at an additional cost may be needed for repairs/parts, etc., to get the hot tub running

Hot Tub Shut Down/Winterization Options
Hot Tub Shut Down / Spa Closings/Winterization Includes:

- Before Draining – Check for leaks in plumbing, if leaks found needing repair, $99/hr + parts charged in 15minute increments
- Drain Tub
- Blow Lines/Jets out
- Clean / Undo joints
- Coat tub with Mold Inhibitor
- If we fail to winterize/close your tub properly, we will repair it on open
- Add up to 2 gallons of Antifreeze into plumbing.
- Cover the tub and cover with waterproof tarp and bungie cord secured. To be supplied by customer or add $150 for us to bring it
