Inground Pool - Weekly, Bi-Weekly, & Monthly Service/Maintenance Packages
Here are the details for all of our ongoing pool service packages. We cannot repair all pool equipment, but we can “service” them and replace with new if deemed necessary. We do have an online customer portal where we will post pictures of our work giving you extra piece of mind.
**We have to do a site visit to inspect your pool and equipment before agreeing to a package and that visit will be billable (with it’s balance being applied to your first monthly fee if you sign up).**
Here are some of the program rules:
- All service programs must be billed automatically to credit card same day of month
- All programs are minimum 3 months or remaining season (April-Sept or May-Oct), unless signing up later in season. Platnium must be for FULL 6 months due to discounts Program Paid in advance for full 6 or 7 month season, get 1 month free.
- Must have full season (6 months min) of Platinum to get Free Opening/Closing Service portion on Platinum
- Any repairs or opening/closings (unless included in your package) are extra but the discounts from your package will apply to those services, parts and labor bills.
Platinum Pool Service Package
This has a minimum 6 month contract (or rest of season contract) due to the free items & discounts included. This is your worry free package.
- Tech visits TWICE per month, (for weekly visits add $100-175/mo more depending on distance + months with a 5th weekly visit will be another $50-$87.50 for the 5th week visit which can be skipped on your contract)
- FREE Training at Pool Open of how to use your systems (must have equipment details in advance)
- Includes Pool opening and Pool Closing/Winterization Serivces (considered first visit of that month on open and last visit for final month at close)
- Water test and add our chemicals / Salt as needed – cost of chemicals added by techs while on site is included with your plan cost
- Ongoing Monitor Chemical levels – provided equipment has capability
- Pool Surface Skimmed and Debris removed
- Up to 60 minutes of Vacuuming included per visit
- Check filtration system – backwashed or sand changed as needed (sand gets the discounted price)
- Skimmer & Pump baskets emptied
- Auto-cleaner bags emptied
- Monthly spray off of the 4x4x4x8 concrete deck nearest the pool (up to 30 minutes) if needed/requested
- Cleaning the DE Filter if applicable to your pool
- 20% off additional chemicals you may need to buy from us in between visits
- 20% off filters/parts/accessories and additional services
- 20% off upgrades (Pumps,Intellicenters, Automation, heaters, liners, robot vacuums)
- 20% off Repairs and labor
- 25% off open/close if not enough months for a full season and the FREE service
- Return visits for any additional troubleshooting or work needed are $99 (instead of $129), includes first 30 minutes, no milage bump plus discounted costs above then $80/hr billed in 15 minute increments instead of $99/hrInvestment –
Investment – $719-$899/mo depending on distance to your location (up to 100 miles), if you want weekly versus twice a month visits and this carries minimum 6 month contract or “rest of season” contract requirement.
Gold Pool Service Package
This has a minimum 3 month contract due to the discounts included.
- Tech visits Twice Per month, (for weekly visits add $100-175/mo more depending on distance + months with a 5th weekly visit will be another $50-$87.50 for the 5th week visit which can be skipped on your contract)
- Water test and add our chemicals / Salt as needed – cost of chemicals added by techs while on site included
- Ongoing Monitor Chemical levels – provided equipment has capability

- Up to 60 minutes of Vacuuming included per visit if needed

- Return visits for any troubleshooting or work needed are $99 (instead of $129) plus discounted costs above – Tech time is discounted to $85/hr (versus $99/hr) billed in 15 minutes increments
Investment – $579-849/mo depending on distance to your location (up to 100 miles) if you want weekly versus twice a month visits. This has a minimum 3 month contract requirement to receive discounts.
Silver Pool Service Package
This has a minimum 3 month contract otherwise you can pay per visit.
- Tech visits Once Per Month, Add a second monthly visit for $100/mo more. For more than 2 visits, move to Gold or Platinum service package.
- Water test and add our chemicals or salt as needed – chemicals/salt added while tech is onsite is @ 30% discount
- Ongoing Monitoring of Chemical levels – provided equipment has capability
- Pool Surface Skimmed and Debris removed
- Up to 60 minutes of Vacuuming included on the visit if needed
- Check filtration system – backwashed or changed as needed (sand change gets the discount on the sand price)
- Skimmer & Pump baskets emptied
- Auto-cleaner bags emptied
- 20% off your opening and winterizing of your pool
- 15% off additional chemicals/filters/parts/accessories and additional services
- 15% off upgrades (Pumps,Intellicenters, Automation, heaters, liners)
- 15% off Repairs
- Return visits for any troubleshooting or work needed are $119 (instead of $150) plus discounted costs above – $87.50/hr billed in 15 minutes increments
Investment of $419-$669/mo depending on distance to your location (up to 100 miles) and if you add a second visit. Minimum 3 month contract

- 15% off chemicals/filters/parts/accessories and additional services
- 10% off upgrades (Pumps,Intellicenters, Automation, heaters, liners)
- 10% off Repairs
- 10% off any opening or closing/winterizing service
- Return visits for any troubleshooting or work needed are $119 (instead of $150), plus discounted costs above and $90/hr labor rate billed in 15 min increments
Any repairs are extra and not part of the package but the discounts from your package will apply to those parts and labor bills.
