Hot Tub & Spa – Service & Maintenance Packages

We are a full service pool & hot tub company since 1971.  We can work help you solve the headache of chemical management and extend the live of your hot tub by putting you on a regular servicing schedule as often or as little as you like. We have (3) different  Packages listed below depending on the help you want and need.  This is also perfect for AirBnBs, VRBOs, rental properties, etc that have a hot tub as part of the rental.

These services includes maintaining and testing your equipment, changing programming, chemical balancing, cleaning, and checking for leaks.  These packages will also provide discounts or FREE opening, closing/winterizing of your tubs and on any needed repairs or replacement parts.   You have the option to make the Platinum & Gold packages weekly visits for $100-$150 more per month . NOTE – without weekly visits there will be things that will need to be done with your hot tub in between our visits.

A tub inspection/visit is REQUIRED before we can sign you up for a package to make sure your equipment is in good working order and your hot tub does not need significant work or repairs before we start.  However with a package you do get discounts on those items.  We also cannot “maintenance” all brands due to the inability to get parts for this, but we can service them for chemicals, cleaning, drain/fills, and opening/closing them.

• Up to 2 hours with cleaning and water filling – $99/hr for longer than 2 hours, charged in 15-minute increments
• Check for leaks in plumbing, if leaks found needing repair, $99/hr + parts (20% discount on parts) charged in 15-minute increments
• Includes re-start up standard chemicals for spa type / size

Investment – $349-$409 depending on distance up to 100 miles from our location
