This closing does not include ANY REPAIRS for your pool – it is assuming your pool was opened properly and should be able to closed regularly. However, we realize things happen so we will let you know what we find if it would keep us from closing your pool on that visit, provide any costs estimates and reschedule you for your closing and/or repairs (if it is something we can do weather and tempreature premiting. We will quote any additional work if needed needed after the visit before we would return to close the pool. There are some things we may be able to do on the closing visit to get it repaired and those charges will be T&M + product/parts cost but will be discussed before we do the repairs.
Based on a our scheduling, the fixes/repairs may require a return visit due to time constraints but definitely if replacement equipment to make the repair is needed as it is impossible to carry everything on our service vans for every possible equipment scenario or need.
We are regularly building, delivering and servicing Inground Pools and Spas in Grand Rapids, Holland, Zeeland, Muskegon, Byron Center, Rockford, Caledonia, Lowell, Saugatuck, Lansing, Grand Ledge, and Ionia.
We do build and service pools further south, north and east in places like Brighton, Novi, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Cadillac, Ludington, Mt Pleasant, Gaylord/Grayling & Traverse City if you need a reliable company (but we do have to charge for our drive time).
