This does not include ANY REPAIRS for your pool – it is assuming your pool was closed properly and should be able to open regularly. However, we realize things happen so we will let you know what we were not able to do and will quote any additional work if needed needed after the opening. There are some things we may be able to do on the opening visit to get it repaired and those charges will be T&M + product/parts cost.
Based on a our scheduling, the fixes/repairs may require a return visit due to time constraint but definitely if replacment equipment to make the repair is needed as it is impossible to carry everything on our service vans for every possible equipment scenario or need.
If your equipment does not start, the pool opening will not be finished in one visit and a second visit with repairs and equipment will be quoted after the initial opening is completed and paid for.
